Bob Chapman : Gold at $2000 before the end of the year

Bob Chapman - Discount Gold & Silver Trading 29 June 2011

Bob Chapman : The Banks in Europe are all broke and it is also true for the United States , the Banks are all broke and anybody who keeps his money in the banks except for operating expenses should have their heads examined , CDs are guaranteed certificates of losing your money ....if anybody believes that there is a way out there is something wrong with them because this is terminal there is no way out there is no way to save America and have it the way it was before , America can survive if we have tariffs if we break up all these treaties which will come but they are not going to do it 95 percent of the congress is paid off , the American people have to get that over their heads you do not have representation , , Gold has a good shot of breaking the $2000 level before the end of the year , it is all paper market and they cannot manipulate it for so long says Bob Chapman of the International forecaster....

Bob Chapman : Central Banks Gold Holdings are bogus

Bob Chapman : The Central banks are allowed by the IMF to lease their gold , they lease it let's say to JP Morgan Chase hypothetically and they get 0.3 percent in interest , obviously they are not doing it to get an income or an income stream ...the IMF allows all these central banks if they chose to , to lease gold to say JP Morgan Chase let's say it is a billion dollars worth and let's say it is for ninety days and at the end of ninety days JP Morgan Chase does not return the gold they give the money US Dollars , so effectively the gold has not been leased it has been sold , now the IMF allows them and this is mind bugling all these central banks to carry all their leased gold on their books as still belonging to them even though they got paid for it , and so that's why all the figures that you see for the gold and silver holdings at the central banks around the world all are bogus

Crisis of Fiat Currencies: US Dollar Surpluses Converted into Gold

Bob Chapman
The International Forecster
November 22, 2010
Something is going on that your government does not want you to know about. Very few journalists have written about it and little or nothing has appeared in the mainstream media. The story could be one of major stories of our time.
Western powers have tried to destroy gold as a backing for currencies for many years. Presently the major media won’t touch the story and that is understandable.

Something we have been writing about for years is the Shanghai Cooperation Organization known as SCO. Few have been listening and few have been interested in what their mission is and what they have been up to.

Gold Silver And Commodities Likely Safer

Gold Silver And Commodities Likely Safer
An excerpt from Bob Chapman's weekly publication.
November 17 2010:

Oil can burn us badly, no wealth creation, not a good time to raise taxes, the time is now to discuss the antidote, Senate gridlock ahead, bears making lemons out of lemonade. Social Security adjustment in the mail.

We hear stories about oil and about how it will probably move higher, perhaps to $150.00 a barrel and perhaps higher. This is the first time in more than three years that it has moved to lofty levels. The net speculative long position is more than 200,000 contracts, or about 35% higher than in 2007. Some economies are doing well, particularly in Asia and in Latin America, but not enough to create such higher prices. $60.00 a barrel would more nearly meet demand. As is being experience by the entire commodity sector prices reflect the tremendous fear about money and credit unleashed over the past eight years, particularly over the past 2 years under QE1. That has produced unusual profits for commodity producers, as well as base and precious metals producers. This in turn will lead to higher wholesale prices for goods and part of that will spread to services as well. That in turn will force manufactures and others to raise prices, which will cut revenues and to some extent profits. If not passed on to consumers’ profits could fall more dramatically.

Bob Chapman : Russia buying as much gold as they can

Bob Chapman : Russia buying as much gold as they can

Bob Chapman : ...Gorbachev is a member of the Illuminati that's why he left Russia , ...he slipped right in to the Illuminus camp and now he is trying to start trouble for Russia and that's what that's all about , because Russia has been buying Gold every month , for months and months and months and their economy is doing relatively well they are oil exporters as you very well know and they export a lot of commodities such as base metals and platinum and palladium and they hold their own Gold , they buy all the gold they produce in the country just like what China does and so they are the enemy as far as the Illuminus are concerned  and so they try to cause trouble....and it's not gonna work.....

Bob Chapman : gold, silver and commodities make sense in this negative environment

Bob Chapman on A Marines Disquisition

An excerpt from Bob Chapman's weekly publication The International Forecaster of the 20th October 2010..."...This is why gold, silver and commodities make sense in this negative environment. Where else can you go that is safe, as countries are most all developing beggar-thy-neighbor policies? We must say the eurozone has refrained from quantitative easing, but how long can that last? The euro just rose from $1.19 to $1.40, and the 12% to 15% price advantage for exports is in good part gone. Germany and other members will continue to see falling exports and that will put great pressure on the ECB to loosen up and perhaps to reduce interest rates. We are seeing one reflationary cycle after another in most nations and that does not solve the problems. We have seen that in the US with the Bush stimulus, then QE1. That is why QE2 is futile. All it does is enable higher gold, silver and commodity prices. The gold and silver markets have been a lock since June of 2000, or for 10 years. Compounded annual gains of almost 20% a year. These kinds of profits have existed nowhere else over that period. In fact nothing comes close and it is going to continue. What you are seeing is classical economics at play. Not only are they an inflationary, hyperinflationary and deflationary depression play, but they are as well the ultimate currency play. The only entity or currency that has no debt or encumbrances. Today we even have ETFs, that are supposed to have physical gold and silver, but instead are loaded with derivatives. We had best hope the derivatives market doesn’t fold, because if it does all the players therein will have some serious problems, as well the highly leveraged LBMA and Comex....."

Bob Chapman : Russia and china are strong Gold buyers

Bob Chapman on Gold and Silver discount trading 18 Oct 2010

Bob Chapman wrote on the International forecaster of the 13th october 2010 :....Russia has been a persistent gold buyer both of domestic production and in world markets. China has bought domestic production, but has not been aggressive as Russia in world markets, choosing a subtle market approach. We believe China will have to become much more progressive in the markets as their dollar holding rise, unless of course, there is a third world war. It is not difficult for China to use intermediaries to buy, as they have done in the past. China strongly markets both gold and silver to its citizens particularly in exchange for dollars. As a result of this Chinese approach, the overall BRIC approach and buying by the rest of the world, control of gold trading will soon be at an end. You might say how do we know this? It is a good question. Markets are not scientific they are an art form and we have been deeply involved in this gold and silver venue for over 50 years. As time passed you know what to look for and what to expect. That is how we project what should happen. The long study of finance, monetary policy and the desire for total world control have allowed us to back into what we believe will happen. For the past 21 years we have done that and have been right 98% of the time. Consequently we have an excellent opportunity of continuing to be correct....."

The International Forecaster September 2010 - Gold, Silver, Economy

By: Bob Chapman, The International Forecaster

The following are some snippets from the most recent issue of the International Forecaster. For the full 34 page issue, please see subscription information below.

US MARKETS

It is interesting to watch Wall Street defy reality. This is a scene we’ve observed since the early 1960s, the effect of debt on the economy and the nation and in turn on its currency. The result of the profligacy over all those years is the biggest bull market in history in gold and silver. As we write gold is toying with $1,300 and silver with $21.50. Each day a new high is reached in spite of a pending options expiration and the perpetual market rigging and manipulation by the US government.

One of the things that astound us is that few professionals have seen this coming over the past 10-1/2 years, and even those that do believe do not think this is an earth-shaking event. What we are about to experience is an event that only occurs every 300 to 500 years. All we can imagine is that they have a very limited perspective of history and particularly economic and financial history.

Bob Chapman : Gold will break all records

Bob Chapman wrote on The International Forecaster of September 15 2010: "Gold going higher, help creating jobs, Greece, Europe's poster child of failure, about quantitative easing, political corruption, real help is needed to create jobs.

On Friday, September 10, 2010, Horizon Bank, Bradenton, FL was closed by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) was named Receiver. No advance notice is given to the public when a financial institution is closed.

In site of intervention by “the Working Group on financial Markets”, gold has increased almost 16% year-to-date. It has done so for each of the past ten years, which has gone almost unnoticed by professionals and investors. Obviously some are watching or the price wouldn’t be where it is. Commodities have been up for 11 years and nine years for Treasuries. As you know we are trend followers, so gold and silver have been kind for our readers since June of 2000. That is after we bailed our subscribers out of the stock market in the second week of April of 2000. We were at a conference and Joe Granville made the same call on that sunny Saturday, so long ago."

The triumph of Gold as the only world currency

Time Out Bob Chapman 09-10-2010

Time Out Productions presents Bob Chapman, the publisher, editor and writer of The International Forecaster. Covered on the show is the 9th year anniversary of the events of 9-11, the possible war with Iran, Obama's wild spending, The Federal Reserve, and much more ...

Here is what Bob Chapman wrote in the International Forecaster of Sept 08 2010 :"We are sure you all remember the supposed swap of 349 tons of gold between commercial banks and the BIS, the Bank for International Settlements. Commercial banks usually work through central banks that represent them at the BIS; thus, this was an unusual procedure, only discovered when someone picked up a footnote in the BIS statement. Making the event more sinister was that there were no BIS official announcement and that the BIS refused to name the banks involved. This is similar to the Fed refusing to divulge to whom they lent $12.8 trillion. We believe these swaps terminate in January, so we anxiously wait to see what the conclusion will be. Will the gold be redeemed or will it become the property of the BIS, or will the swap terms be extended? We guess the real question is were those who did the swap gold bullion banks? Was the public sale of gold by the IMF a factor? Remember the IMF swore they would never dump gold on the open market, but yet they did just that. Adding to the mystery is that the BIS have seldom used gold swaps in recent years. Due to the secrecy involved we tilt toward a billion-bank bailout. In addition we saw fully qualified buyers rejected and gold sold into the market by the IMF. There can be only one reason for that and that is gold price suppression. As it has turned out every time the IMF sells the Russians go into the market and buy it. We also remember a similar episode in the late 1990s when Gordon Brown, the British Treasury Secretary, sold off half of England’s gold at about $275.00 an ounce to bail out London bullion banks."

Bob Chapman : buy More Gold this is just a correction

Bob Chapman on discount gold and Silver trading 21 July 2010

This is an interconnected world every country is suffering from the same things we do in America says Bob Chapman , in some countries the real estate market is booming because they pay in cash not in credit as in the developed countries ..
"The reality is that no matter how smart, how strong, how educated or how hard working American workers are, they just cannot compete with people who are desperate to put in 10 to 12 hour days at less than a dollar an hour on the other side of the world. After all, what corporation in their right mind is going to pay an American worker 10 times more (plus benefits) to do the same job? The world is fundamentally changing. Wealth and power are rapidly becoming concentrated at the top and the big global corporations are making massive amounts of money. Meanwhile, the American middle class is being systematically wiped out of existence as U.S. workers are slowly being merged into the new "global" labor pool." Bob Chapman in the International Forecaster of July 17th 2010
